Marketing Intern

JIA Group is an award-winning hospitality firm with an international venue portfolio of 11 Hong Kong restaurants and expanding. At JIA Group, we love food, drink, design and all the good things that come with it. Our restaurants and bars were created to burst with style and substance. They are authentic in their execution, and as a result have received great praise, locally and internationally, within the industry, media and dining communities. Our portfolio includes: 22 Ships, 208 Duecento Otto, Behind Bars, Chachawan, Duddell’s, Louise, Mak Mak, Mono, Meen & Rice, Ando, Potato Head Hong Kong.

We believe we can better serve those in our venues, by serving our own team members internally – you will be a driving force in creating a positive and productive company culture, and safe work environment.

Our interns will have the opportunity to experience a wide range of marketing and design functions, which includes brainstorming fun and creative campaigns, assist on social media strategy,  learn the complex pillars of branding and art and executing fun events and parties (e.g. Disco Bao at Duddell’s!)  They will have a chance to embrace their creativity, work with a diverse and international family of over 200 people, and learn from some of the top professionals in F&B.

What you will be doing everyday:

  • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends.
  • Assist with daily administrative duties e.g. sourcing, translations, printing
  • Design and present campaign ideas, offline and online
  • Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
  • Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Passionate individuals interested in eating, pop culture, music, food, drink, art and creating memorable experiences
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant experience or education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or other related disciplines.
  • A good command of written and spoken English. Cantonese will be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to commit to minimum 2 months of internship

  • Assist the Creative Manager with graphics, product design and branding for restaurants and new openings.
  • Handle any ad-hoc design tasks as assigned by the Creative Manager.
  • Liaise and source for new vendors
  • Photography/ videography is an added bonus

 

What we are looking for:

  • Passionate individuals interested in eating, pop culture, music, food, drink, art and creating memorable experiences
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant experience or education in design.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure in fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to commit to minimum 2 months of internship
