Located on the historic Duddell Street in the heart of Central, Duddell’s is a beautiful 2-floor space newly reimagined in 2025 by André Fu Studio, where Ling Nan architectural motifs converse with modern Hong Kong sensibilities. Neither gallery nor museum, but with interiors as noteworthy as the art on its walls, entering Duddell’s is like being welcomed into a 1920s Guangdong private art collector’s mansion, one that also happens to have an in-house MICHELIN-starred culinary team.  At Duddell’s, one can enjoy an authentic Cantonese journey guided by Executive Chef Chan Yau Leung, with a focus on reviving “Forgotten Flavours” and nearly-lost techniques through a refined menu.
