INTRODUCING MONO – CONTEMPORARY FRENCH DINING by former Head Chef of 3 Michelin star and World’s #1 restaurant voted by World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019, Mirazur

Set within a sleek and minimalistic space, MONO focuses on a single (mono) ingredients-driven seasonal tasting menu with a wine menu focused on exquisite wines from the Burgundy and Bordeaux regions of France.
