How To: Be An Office Hero

Share

Throw a party they’ll remember well into 2019 this festive season.

Party planning for your team, or entire office can be exhausting. We get it. Which is why we’ve got an entire team dedicated to the cause and as the saying goes, “Prior planning prevents poor performance”, so throw your office party or annual catch up with us. Or, if you want to stay in the office, we can do the hard work (cooking) at ours, before setting it up over at yours. Here are four ideas for your Christmas party in Hong Kong this year.

WHERE SPACE ABOUNDS

Ideally located atop Pacific Place, Commissary bursts with entertaining options for both team lunches, dinners and stand up parties. Good things like Bourbon glazed Christmas ham can be arranged for the whole table in a set menu, while festive buffets in the free flow manner can be created for entire buyouts.

SIT DOWN OR STAND UP?

Aberdeen Street Social provides the perfect alternative for traditional Christmas feasts and centrally located get togethers. Set lunch and dinner menus include delights like Chicken liver parfait  with spiced orange chutney and toasted brioche, while stand up cocktail and canapé sessions are sure to be talked about the morning after.

HAVE A LOCK IN

For a clandestine dining space, book ‘The Cellar’ at 208 Duecento Otto, where the service is relaxed and the food is flowing. Host a family  style shared feast that emphasises quality produce prepared well. For the main event, opt for the classic five and a half kilogram Black Angus tomahawk cut, a salt-crusted whole sea bass  or Herb & garlic porchetta.  There’s no need to do the dishes.

STAYING IN?

If eating Thai style fish cakes  or Turkey cooked with Spanish flair  sounds like your team’s in-house catering dream, read on. Both Mak Mak, 22 Ships & Ham and Sherry are able to cook your party food off site, before dropping it to you pre party. They can also stay to serve too.
