A YEAR IN REVIEW – 2019

Happy New Years from our family to yours! 2020 will no doubt be another rollercoaster to remember, we wish you all the best in the new year! 2019 was a monumental time for us, one that will be remembered for the obstacles we faced together as a team. As well as, a year of careful and painstaking creativity, to bring you the best experiences, and continued dedicated service in 2020.

Some of our 2019 highlights included the opening of LOUISE by Julien Royer, which then received a Michelin Star after only opening our doors 6 months prior. Duddell’s, which we received our 7th consecutive Michelin star, since 2013. The unveiling of our Duddell’s restaurant at the Hong Kong International Airport for hungry travellers craving Cantonese casual cuisine before jetting off. Then came MONO, which features innovative contemporary French dining in an intimate setting by Ricardo Chaneton.

2019 was also a time for exploring new grounds for us. At several outlets, we introduced plant-based and gluten-free options as a way to be more accommodating and versatile. And last but not least, in 2019 you invited us into your homes with JIA Home Catering where our top chefs prepped, cooked and entertained in your homes, for a genuinely intimate JIA dining experience.

2019 has truly been a pleasure, and we’d do it all over again in a heartbeat. Here’s to 2020, we’ll see you on the other side! #JIAGROUP #JIAPEOPLE
