Two Nights Only – Julien Royer x Franckelie Laloum Dinner


TWO NIGHTS ONLY – In celebration of the new season, we are honoured to have our Louise Chef-Founder Julien Royer (No.1 Asia’s 50 Best 2019 and 3 Michelin Star, Odette Singapore) and Executive Chef, Franckelie Laloum come together to present a powerhouse 5- course decadent dinner of traditional French cuisine, reimagined.

Hosted within The Dining Room and The Drawing Room over only two evenings, the events are set to impress with the best of French cuisine and the duo’s impeccable culinary techniques that toe the line between fine dining and every day fare, paired with genuine hospitality teasing the best possible flavours from quality ingredients.

Guests can expect a menu filled with the likes of Atlantic turbot, Normandy scallop, richly-filled game pie and delicacies including white truffle and caviar.
