Andō x Pontiac
For one month, diners can enjoy three of the Pontiac’s expertly crafted cocktails when they order one of Andō’s modern tasting menus. At the start of the meal, Andō’s dine-in guests will also enjoy a cocktail or mocktail on the house.
The three signature cocktails being highlighted are Hobnail, featuring rye whisky, rich ginger syrup, Amaro Averna, lemon, Angostura bitters and orange oil, the tropical, tiki-style P.O.G.D – a milk-clarified daiquiri of passion fruit, orange, guava, walnut liqueur, rum and orange bitters – and The Pontiac’s answer to a classic old-fashioned, Bad Dream Mama , composed of cacao caramel reposado tequila, Regan’s orange bitters, absinthe, orange and lemon oil. There is also a refreshing mocktail in the form of Truth Hurts , made with grapefruit, house bangerang syrup (The Pontiac’s version consists of falernum with fresh mint, vanilla, cinnamon and Sichuan peppercorn) and soda, garnished with a twirl of grapefruit.
All cocktail sales will go towards supporting The Pontiac.
