Prefer an intimate evening without fuss? Head Chef Andy Rees and his team at 22 Ships created a sharing style tapas menu for couples to enjoy leisurely. Kick off the meal with 2 glasses of complimentary Cava and 48 months Iberico bellota ham, followed by modern tapas dishes including Scallop Crudo with celery, basil and seaweed, Mushroom Royale with lotus chip, the all-time-favourite Octopus with chilli, garlic and coriander and Bone-in Pork Loin with chorizo dressing, finishing with Chocolate Fondant with malt ice-cream, 100’s & 1000’s.

Indulge in Chef Li’s mouth-watering dishes including Double boiled whole papaya with fish maw and chicken, Braised abalone with pan-fried foie gras in supreme oyster sauce and Sautéed Miyazaki A4 waygu beef with asparagus, carrot and yellow carrot. The elegant dining room provides the best setting for a cozy celebration with your loved one and a welcoming glass of Ruinart Rosé champagne will be also included in the special tasting menu to set the mood. The night is still young if you want to have a drink at Duddell’s chic Salon and Garden Terrace upstairs after the meal.

A tribute to traditional Spanish bodega, Ham & Sherry is offering a special tapas menu for two inspired by the Spanish classics. Dishes include Premium Spanish canned Sardines and cheese platter, Crab croquettes, Beef tartare with chorizo and pine nuts, Corn and peas salad with walnuts and manchego, Pan-fried Snapper with baby carrots and mushroom puree, Veal roulade with cauliflower puree and veal sauce, and homemade chocolate mousse.
